Chile Black Bean Stew Serving Size: 4
4 medium Yukon (thin skin) potatoes (or red potatoes, quartered)

Or (I cook potatoes in juice or canned vegetable broth, the other can be used W / cornstarch. Do not use more corn starch and potato no tension. Starch helps thicker the sauce, then.

Why not corn? You can cook potatoes, frozen corn on the cob (yes, even with the juice of values, like me) suggested above, then add the remaining ingredients. It is always difficult to eat at all. You can even have a little creamy with cream (although I use canned or frozen corn for this option).

This is all very well but do not add more canned food, if you want to understand the real health dinner.I what it will take some time to cook for you, but the body will appreciate it!

I do not see any meat in the recipe.

IMO that means it is not chili is cooked and not good. Thank you for the offer, but I'll go.
