Lobster tails - how to cook?? - bbq lobster tails
With the coming Valentine's Day, I had to do something special for my husband, but not in the same night that his father died shortly and it's really not much to. A local grocer has lobster tails for sale this week, so I'm going to do the steak and lobster (grilled meat) to. The problem is that I HATE seafood, fish, etc., and have no idea how to enjoy from the kitchen go / it! What is your favorite way to eat? How do I cook most often? Thank you all!

1 box frozen shrimp soup
1 / 4 cup cream
1 teaspoon of soup. Lemon juice

Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 10 minutes. The meat, remove, keeping shells intact, cut into inch 1 / 2. Heat soup, cream, lemon juice, water, parsley and mustard. Add the lobster meat. 3 frozen lobster tails

4 tbsp. Butter
Rinse lobster tails. In a skillet, combine the lobster, champagne, shallots and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove the lobster, cream sauce in the pan. Boil rapidly until reduced to about 1 / 3 cup.
Beat with a whisk(1 tablespoon of butter at a time) to straighten up. Keep warm. Remove shells and cut the lobster into medallions. Spoon sauce over each. Servings

3 c. Soup. Sake (rice wine)
3 c. Soup. Low sodium soy sauce
2 v. soup. Onion, finely chopped
2 v. Tea. Vegetable
1 clove garlic, minced
1 / 2 tsp. ground ginger
1 / 4 tsp. dry mustard
1 / 8 tsp. Paprika
4 (6 ounces) frozen lobster tails, partially thawed
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl of electric mixer with a lid and process until mixture is smooth. Leave the bandage.
Split lobster tails lengthwise cut through the top hard shell and three quarters of the way through the flesh with an electric knife. Not cut through the bottom of the bowl. Elevator lobster meat by separate bowl resting on the hull, so that meat attached at the other end of the shell lobster.

Cut the tail lenthwise in half. Mix a little oil with garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and coat of your lobster in them. Preheat the grill to medium high and later meat instead of bars. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then repeat. Serve with melted butter with garlic and lemon. YUM
